Payment is made by invoice, we do not accept cash payments. The price of shipping is always included in the price offer, unless otherwise agreed. We provide free delivery within Bratislava and the surrounding area.

Yes, you can view samples as needed. Most are charged according to the type of product. For higher order values, we can waive the sample fee. It all depends on the specific situation, we can make an individual agreement.


9. How long does it take to produce and deliver promotional items?

We deliver standard items without printing within 3 business days, with printing usually within 7–10 days. For custom-made or seasonal items, the deadline may be longer, but we will always inform you of the current deadline in advance.
